Methods of Payment:
We accept payment via PayPal for online orders. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do *not* need your own PayPal account to use the service. If you have questions about how this works we'll be happy to assist you. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us at sales@reflectionpress.com to verify the total cost of your purchase, including tax and shipping. We do not accept check payments for online orders.
Order Processing:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of order and payment. Expedited orders usually ship within 2 days.
Shipping Methods, Delivery Times, and Charges:
Shipping charges for the first book are listed under each item, plus $1 each additional book within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS and may take 7-10 business days to be delivered depending on location. Expedited shipping methods such as UPS Ground and Air service are available if needed, for an additional cost. To request a rush or overnight shipment, please contact us at sales@reflectionpress.com to schedule this service and confirm expedited charges. Expedited shipping cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.
Please Note: We will do everything possible to get books to you in a timely manner, however, Reflection Press is not responsible for transit times once orders have been shipped. Although there are rarely any problems, transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary by destination, particularly during peak periods. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Sales Tax:
Only California residents will be charged sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on your city and county rates of your 'ship to' address. Sales tax will be added automatically at checkout through PayPal.
Checking Order Status:
Once you submit and pay for your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation from PayPal. Should you have questions about the status of your order please contact us at sales@reflectionpress.com. Please reference your PayPal receipt number when communicating with us.
International Orders:

Return Policy and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Reflection Press. If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return the book to us for a full refund, no questions asked. In the event that you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at sales@reflectionpress.com.
