Troubleshooting
I can't see the book image/viewer.
Double check that you have the latest flash player installed. Visit the Adobe site to get the latest update - www.get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. The minimum requirement for the viewer is Flash Player 9.0.0. Also check that your browser's privacy/security settings are not restricting use of the viewer. If you are on an office or school network this is often controlled by a system administrator, so ask him/her for assistance.
When I try to view the book in full screen it freezes up or doesn't show anything.
Most likely if this is happening you are using Internet Explorer. A possible fix for this is to right click on the image/viewer when in regular screen mode and click on "Settings." 
Then click on left-most tab for "Display" - shown as the symbol of a computer screen and paint brush - and uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration"
.
Hit "Close" and then retry Full Screen mode by clicking on the image/viewer again. This should have fixed the problem. If you still have issues you may try restarting your browser or simply view the larger pages in a new window by following one of these links:
